the room was clean and i especially appreciated the attractive hardwood flooring. the space planning was well done. i also found the location perfect, easily accessible to the subway, restaurants and cozy coffee shops!!!

i noticed that the usb charging ports on both sides of the bed were not working, a minor inconvenience. also, i was required to give my key card to reception each time i left the hotel, a point i couldn't quite understand.

i appreciated the helpful reception staff they gave useful trip ideas. breakfast included quality ingredients and a friendly lady managed the restaurant i am grateful. the location was fantastic for exploring central destinations.

i found the room quite basic and it lacked sufficient light. the bathroom was old fashioned i noticed. also, i could hear metro noise , made sleeping difficult.

i found the staff consistently helpful. The central location allowed quick access to many attractions. i also enjoyed the complimentary nespresso offered in the lobby.

The bathroom lighting was somewhat dim, made applying makeup a little challenging.

The front desk was helpful. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The location is close to many shops and restaurants. That was really nice.
